Clubhouse Rental Guidelines

RENTAL FEE: $175.00 (non-refundable)
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200.00 (refundable)
Complete a Clubhouse Rental Agreement form found in documents on the resident portal or by contacting

Submit completed Agreement with insurance for approval 21 days PRIOR to your rental date.
Attach (2) checks & copy of owners personal insurance declaration page to Agreement.
Mark each check “RENTAL & SECURITY DEPOSIT” as is appropriate.

Clubhouse must be vacated no later than 11:45PM on the day of event.
Garbage must be disposed of outside in garbage cans. Room should be cleaned up of all trash.
Clubhouse must be left in same clean condition as found or your security deposit will not be refunded.
No one is permitted to return the following day to clean.
